Comment

This vintage dress has impeccable construction and reminds me of a typical Dior dress of the period. It has been carefully looked after and is in excellent condition for its age. Although this dress is over sixty years old, it has no flaws that I can see. The only thing to note is that the bow on skirt is pinned on and can be placed and re-sewn at the discretion of the new owner. Fabric, which has been very hard to photograph, is beautiful vibrant and strong. Colour match is closest to the extreme close-up photograph.
