Description
* Vintage 1940s lounge suit or pyjamas
* Classic silhouette with an over jacket with wide pants
* Jacket has ¾ sleeves, rounded collar and curved hem with slits at the side
* Jacket is a quilted rose-coloured fabric with black piping around the collar, sleeves front opening and hemline
* Closes with small black buttons at centre front
* Jacket features a lovely black floral appliqué at left bust area
* Trousers are a silk blend with a peaked band at front and elasticised at back
* Finished seams
* No label but looks commercially made
Condition
Excellent vintage condition.
No notable flaws that I can see. Unravelling of the button hole stitching not really noticeable.
