* Lovely late 1950s to Early 1960s sage green background cotton dress
* Fabric design features ticking stripes in olive and fawn
* Classic silhouette with cinched waist and full skirt
* Three quarter sleeves on bodice with shirtfront collar and opening
* Semi opened darts at front and back
* Hidden placket with early plastic zipper down front
* Full skirt with knife pleating at waist
* Unlined bodice, raw seams with hand finished hem
Condition
This dress is in excellent condition for its age. No notable flaws that I can see, apart from a slight unravelling of one of the open darts. As a result, it's slightly lower that the corresponding dart. Not really noticeable when worn and an easy fix. Cleaned and ready to wear.
